Public accountability layer for evidence-backed case narratives
CASEFORUM is the public accountability layer of NORA. It presents public-safe, source-linked case narratives where claims are separated from evidence, gaps are visible, and attestations make the record independently checkable.
Claims Ledger
Every factual assertion is recorded as a discrete claim with a status, supporting evidence links, and any known refuting material. Nothing is asserted without a paper trail.
Evidence Chain
Source documents are not published directly. Instead, a public index of references, labels, and custody metadata lets any observer verify that evidence exists and is identified — without exposing sensitive content.
Attestation Badges
Evidence items that have been cryptographically attested carry a badge. Attestations are Ed25519-signed, SHA-256 anchored, and independently verifiable by any recipient without NORA's cooperation.

Attest
Each evidence reference receives an Ed25519-signed NORA Canon ObservationAttestation. The seal is independently verifiable without NORA.

Publish
Public-safe matter narratives are published on CASEFORUM. Claims are separated from evidence, gaps are visible, and seals are checkable.
